Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepares meals and daily specials on designated days and shifts.
•  Maintains clean, orderly and safe kitchen and dining room environment.
•  Maintains record of chargeable and non-chargeable meals.
•  Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
•  Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder.
•  Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Clear, strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Be a passionate and well talented.
