Looking For Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion.
•  Running periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to    manage project budgets. 
•  Creating BOQ estimates based on drawings and further preparing a detailed budget.
•  Maintaining all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards.
•  Assisting in preparing vendor/ supplier comparatives and analysis during vendor selection

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Four years experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
