Urgently looking for experienced Purchasing Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Guides purchasing actions by developing and enforcing purchasing policies and procedures.
•  Provide direction to Buyer to ensure that department goals and objective are met.
•  Maintain relationships with direct contract vendors.
•  Negotiates with vendors to obtain the best quality material for the best possible price.
•  Prepares and issues purchase orders, bid requests, and change notices.
•  Oversee group purchasing relationship with group purchasing vendor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• With more than 10 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•  Transferrable visa with NOC.
