We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintain a positive work atmosphere by being professional and communicating in a manner that promotes strong relationships with   employees, co-workers and the management team.
•  Provide day-to-day support to the facility and support for the employees with personnel issues, safety concerns and issues.
•  Manage the recruitment and selection process.
•  Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
•   Provide support and coaching on organizational development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• MBA graduate.
• Must have 10 Years experience. 
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
