Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Attenndants in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and issues and manage lost and found.
•  Provide staff members with training in health and safety while working in a hospitality environment.
•  Take and address the guests’ complaints and suggestions and ensure that they are provided with the best in   services. 
•  Ascertain that trash is timely removed from each room, office and public areas and disposed of appropriately.
•  Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
•  Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
•  Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.

Job Requirements:

•  High school degree.
•  Prioritization and time management skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
