Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Receptionist in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
* Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties. * Respond to questions and requests from clients. * Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
- Answering phones.
- Preparing estimates & contracts.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Only Female candidates need to apply.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Be a smart and presentable.
