Job Details:

•  Adhere to brand philosophy of seasonality and implement menu change accordingly.
• Maintain food and labor cost in line with company financial objective. 
• Maintain food safety in compliance to federal, state and city laws.
• Plan, forecast, and execute food production and purchase.
• Conceptualize and develop products that are scalable.
• Coordinate Den Cafe seasonal menu with savory team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
