Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Commis 2 in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
•  Comply with all Health & Safety and Workplace Safety and insurance legislation.
•  Understand and abide by all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations.
•  Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites.
•  Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.
•  Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
• Smoothly by assisting in the preparation of food and general.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Good knowledge of food sanitation standards. 
• Minimum One year experience.
• Good communication Skills.
