Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer service executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Recommend potential enhancements or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer   needs.
•  Ability to resolve customer complaints through a variety of channels including in-person, phone, email, mail or social media.
•  Ability to remain calm and exercise tact and diplomacy in researching and resolving customer complaints.
•  Full responsibility for the resources, budgeting, utilization, and P/L for the business. 
•  Responsible for providing feedback and support to the central team in Customer Service and personalization of CRM related   activities.
•  Drive new business growth through expansion and up-sell initiatives.
