Required Real Estate Marketing Lady In Bahrain

Job Description :

We are looking  for a Real Estate Marketing Lady in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Order and review diligence (title, survey) with support from supervising attorney.
•  Perform some due diligence and coordinate transactions to close commercial real estate acquisitions and   dispositions, with and without loans.
•  Draft basic lender documents such as note and deed of trust.
•  Review title commitments, record documents and surveys, and respond to title and survey comments from   other parties with assistance of supervising attorney.
•  Track transaction tasks, parties and key dates, and communicate progress, as issues and tasks are resolved.
•  Draft purchase and sale agreements for review and revision by supervising attorney.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree holder.
•  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organization  skills.
•  3 years experience is required.
