Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Legal Adviser in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage factually complex contract disputes between ESG and customers, subcontractors or vendors; often working directly with the other party’s   attorney.
•  Develop clear, concise, and consistent provisions for contracts and other legal documents.
•  Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
•  Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
•  Develop and deliver training to internal clients on various legal topics.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good Communication skills.
• Excellent Management skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
