Wanted Customer Service Representative in UAE.

Job Details:

* Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Facilitate in timely Allotment, Agreement execution & Registration.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Minimum One year experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
