Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Coordinate with public relation firms for media advertising and campaigns.
  •  Handle all Accounts Payable and Receivable utilizing QuickBooks.
  •  Coordinate and oversee direct mail marketing projects.
  •  Manages employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
  •  Prepares business correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  •  Maintain accurate records of all lab results and distribute weekly.
  •  Assist with apartment rental process.

Job Requirements:

  •  Degree in Bachelors of Commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Good knowledge in office management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
