Urgently required Technical Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintain a database of capital values (Land & B-up area).
•  Handling entire Valuation Team of 10-12 candidates.
•  Maintain a database of local building bye-laws.
•  Resolving queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
•  Manage and Technically guide the overall team in terms of deliverables and day to day activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
