Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Special Projects: Planning program event operations based on costs, to develop and manage event marketing projects.
• Coordinate with Client Services Manager on project execution and client relations management.
• Verify their travel requirements with the details they provide in the form.
• Explain about the features and benefits of using TripCrafters.com.
• Each call lasts for about 4-5 minutes.
• Protecting Accounts: Oversee client communication to ensure operational alignment; document account plans and forecasts;   manage deployment readiness and resource alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years experience is required.
• Organizational Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
