Job Description :
We are looking for a HR Officer in Bahrain.
Job Details:
- Process payroll bi-monthly, and create the proper reports involved.
- Ensure that all employee files are organized and up to date.
- Manage the reporting process as it pertains to ACA, or any other government requirements.
- Ensure that all new hires are on boarded efficiently and on time.
- Be the point person on the 401K reporting between the payroll provider and 401k provider.
- Assist employees with benefits questions and queries.
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree holder.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
