Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Officer in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Process payroll bi-monthly, and create the proper reports involved.
  •  Ensure that all employee files are organized and up to date.
  •  Manage the reporting process as it pertains to ACA, or any other government requirements.
  •  Ensure that all new hires are on boarded efficiently and on time.
  •  Be the point person on the 401K reporting between the payroll provider and 401k provider.
  •  Assist employees with benefits questions and queries.

Job Requirements:

  •  Master's Degree holder.
  • Good communication skills.
  •  Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
