Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Department Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations.
•  Managing warehouse staff and providing direction daily.
•  Providing training and coaching to new warehouse staff.
•  Trains workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
•  Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed.
•  May assist sales workers in completing difficult sales.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelors or advanced degree.
•  Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
•  Proven communication skills in a team environment.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Experience leading a team or customer service, preferred.
