Job Description :

Urgently required Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of Running Account Bills for submission to client & Final Bill.
•  Preparing Rate Analysis for Non-BOQ Items.
•  Coordination with Lead Quantity Surveyors, and ensure all key elements are included and comments from relevant design departments are   incorporated.
•  Prepare Detailed Cost Estimate based on BOQ with prevailing market rates.
•  Prepare BOQ based on Standard Method of Measurements (CESMM, POMI & any independent method) relevant to the project deliverables.
•  Support the calculation of upfront, high-level project cost estimates to Design Sectors and Geographies during the project sales process, as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
•  Good organizational skills.
