We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining and scheduling kitchen staff on a weekly basis.
•  Supervises preparation of daily food orders and monitors food costs.
•  Prepares all banquet menus, planning and executions of functions.
•  Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
•  Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures.
•  Ensure that level of quality, portion control, and plate presentation is adhered to consistently.

Job Requirements:

•  BS degree in Culinary science.
•  Communication and leadership skills.
•  Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Two years experience in same field.
