Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Mechanical QC Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Establish and assure implementation of company-wide Quality programs
• Address Quality concerns and operational improvement opportunities working with key stakeholders and implementing corrective    actions.
•  Manage the external/internal audit processes and support site Quality representative responsible for executing any needed corrective    action to address audit deficiencies.
•  Create and report site key Quality performance metrics and provide leadership support to ensure scorecard objectives are met.
•  Provide guidance on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management to develop and enhance the Quality    function, working closely with direct reports. 
• Maintain industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional   publications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Excellent supervision skills.
