Required Production Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced Production Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure that all persons served and staff are actively engaged in prevocational activities throughout the day.
• Attend meetings as requested and bring feedback to the team. 
•  Motivate and support both participants and staff in the completion of their assignment. 
•  Help maintain even production flow and quality control by monitoring staff, inventory and product inspections.
•  Utilizes assigned resources to maximize manufacturing output, minimize waste/downtime, improve capacity and efficiencies   and maintain product quality and integrity.
•  Completes raw material month end inventory explaining any variance to budget.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
•  Should have managerial and decission making skills
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
