Required Mep Technician In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced MEP Technician in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responds to work order requests and to the preventive maintenance calendar in an orderly and logical way.
•  Controls downtime by informing the production of mechanical issues and preventive maintenance scheduling.
•  Troubleshoots failures in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications systems, and residents' apartments and buildings.
•  Complete preventative maintenance of assigned functions. 
•  Assists with maintaining building security and immediately responds to the building.
•  Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to LCH and departmental policies and procedures in all actions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• High school diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
