Job Description :

We are looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plans, develops, and administers department budget to insure operation within fiscal constraints.
•  Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs.
•  Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of the organization’s human resources function.
•  Prepare and manage the Human Resources Department annual budget.
•  Mentor hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and legal hiring/interviewing practices and procedures. 
•  Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to assigned service area and its employees and leaders.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Good IT Skills.
