Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Patients Care Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining Daily reports related to OPD.
•  Counselling the Customer or Patient.
•  Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers/clients.
•  Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
•  Front Office Administration: New Patient Registration & Existing Patients.
•  Co-ordinating with patients till they walk out.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good patients care knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
