Job Description :

We are looking for a Travel Agent in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Follow-up calls with clients/airlines.
  •  Answer phones, handle e-mails and other operational tasks.
  •  provide excellent customer service/Rapport.
  •  Work as a team to handle client reservations/projects/issues.
  •  Booking individual & groups on GDS/with airlines/consolidators.
  •  Process travel documents/airline contracts/invoicing.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma holder.
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  Outstanding interpersonal skills.
