Job Details:

•  Maintain hiring and training standards of kitchen staff.
•  Maintain food and labor cost in line with company financial objective. 
•  Protect the assets of the company by maintaining equipment and property.
•  Plan, forecast, and execute food production and purchase.
•  Coordinate Den Cafe seasonal menu with savory team.
•  Hire, Develop and motivate the team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Computer skills.
• Well talented in the same field.
