Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Recommends salary offers to HR management, prepares offer letters and makes job offers to selected candidates.
• Communicates with candidates throughout the stages of the recruitment and selection process to ensure they are kept updated in the   process.
• Ensures selection and hiring processes are conducted legally and in compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with senior to identify requirement.
• Screening & Sort listed candidates by source of Job posting, naukri.com Portal, & casual calls. 
• Making calls and send mails for confirmation.

Job Requirements:

• MBA Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
