Job Details:

•  Process all payments according to the established procedures.
•  Provides assistance to others in a courteous and professional manner.
•  Respond to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner.
•  Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
•  Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner.
•  Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

•  High school diploma.
• Minimum One year experience in same field.
•  Possess a positive, caring service attitude with the team and guests.
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
