Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Participates in menu planning and actively manages food production.
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  To lead and guide team members in food production.
•  Requisitions and apportions food items and utilizes food surpluses to control food costs.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Documents, investigates, escalates and resolves employee or guest incidents.

Job Requirements:

•  BS degree in Culinary. 
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Two years experience in same field.
