Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Plant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Implementation and adherence to the Eaton Business System, Eaton Quality System, and Eaton Lean Six Sigma.
• Foster an environment of Employee Engagement by embracing Continuous Improvement culture tools.
• Ensure that Eaton policies, practices and initiatives are implemented and followed.
•  Collaborate with operations, gas control, marketing and engineering departments to ensure capacity, reliable operations and   customer service.
• Manage a safe and healthy workplace for staff and ensure health, safety and emergency requirements are met.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective procedures, new standards, protocols, processes and procedures, safety management   systems such as emergency response plans, staff training and environmental management systems.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
