Required General Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare ingredients needed for recipes of menu items.
•  Create an appropriate atmosphere including lighting, music, and temperature levels.
•  Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Merchandising & Planning department.
•  Responsible for coordinating and interviewing all new hires, for all positions. 
•  Develop and maintain appropriate levels of communication and accountability to foster a cohesive team.
•  Responsible for partnering with Managed Care counterpart to understand provider networks and grow market share.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years experience.
• Experience in Facility Management.
• Good communication skills.
