Job Description :
We are looking for a HR Assistant in Bahrain.
Job Details:
- Assist with identifying recruiting needs by tracking vacancies and conferring with managers.
- Coordinates, monitors, and communicates drug screen and background check results to the appropriate internal groups.
- Assist with coordination of internal review boards and travel arrangements for the Recruitment Team.
- Assist with the relocation assistance invoicing process, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Process candidate travel expenses and Corporate Travel Planners expenses.
- Maintains accurate reporting of the statuses of Background Checks to internal customers.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma holder.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good Organization and documentation skills.
