Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Assistant in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Assist with identifying recruiting needs by tracking vacancies and conferring with managers.
  •  Coordinates, monitors, and communicates drug screen and background check results to the appropriate   internal groups.
  •  Assist with coordination of internal review boards and travel arrangements for the Recruitment Team.
  •  Assist with the relocation assistance invoicing process, reporting, and reconciliation. 
  •  Process candidate travel expenses and Corporate Travel Planners expenses.
  •  Maintains accurate reporting of the statuses of Background Checks to internal customers.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma holder.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good Organization and documentation skills.
