Job Details:

•  Ensure integrity and execution of all menus, planograms and core items.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and sustained awareness of new products.
• Train team members on food safety compliance.
• Prioritize production lists for back of house.
• Produce in large scale batches.
• Establish strong partnerships and communication with leadership and team buyer.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
