We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technicians in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Requires experience with working directly with customers and development and support of projects.
•  Daily monitoring, troubleshooting & administration of Cisco multilayer switched networks, servers and data   center infrastructure.
•  Provide detailed, clear daily and weekly status and timely problem reports.
•  Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio/video equipment.
•  Provide timely support/assistance for mobile devices and remote access.
•  Carry out maintenance/testing on computers, printers and other office equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent record keeping and auditing skills.
•  Superb customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
