Job Details:

•  To efficiently & courteously handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients. 
•  Identify scope of improvements at all customer touch point.
•  To share Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing and discount information with customers.
•  To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at each interaction.
•  To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role. 
•  Creates the first impression by supervising the front office.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Strong financial and computer skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
