A leading Company looking for an experienced Store Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Developing contests for Sales Associates aimed to achieve sales goals.
• Coaching team members on problem solving, 5 Star Service, safety, and ways to be successful in their roles.
• Holding regularly scheduled meetings with team and suppliers to improve service and sales.
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
