Hiring Experienced Network Technician In Dubai

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Network Technician in Dubai.

Job Details:

•  Monitors service requests assigned to other first level technicians to supply training and knowledge transfer when appropriate.
•  Provides technical support as needed with guidance from the corporate server support staff.
•  Coordinates with sales and rest of the technical team to install and maintain client HSIA systems to meet customers needs.
•  Responsible incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution per policies and procedures.
•  Provide technical support leadership on problem calls. 
•  Maintains project notes, which include daily diaries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
