Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist in Kuwait.

Job Details:

  •  Operate switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls and take messages.
  •  Maintain multiple conference calendars.
  •  Assist with preparation of the Bay Area Daily Bulletin; maintain Menlo Park “Out-of-Office” calendar for attorneys and support staff.
  •  Coordinating and scheduling of meeting rooms for clients.
  •  Maintaining the physical condition and maintenance of the executive suites
  •  Manage the inventory of office supplies and assist with ordering new inventory.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma holder.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
