Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Faculty Manager in Kottayam,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Develop and maintain an exceptional team of Faculty Members.
• Screen, recruit and interview candidates able to take hire decisions at each stage of teacher recruitment process.
• Ensure conformance with program delivery standards for all courses.
• Perform all administrative tasks related to on-boarding new employees.
• Supervise and approve payroll for Faculty and academic staff as applicable.
• Ensure HR standards are well maintained and managed.

Job Requirements:

•  Strong Client Relationships.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• CA/CMA/CS  Qualified.
• Good communication Skills.
