Procurement Officer With 3 Years Experience

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Guide issue and dispute resolution process for major, strategic contracts. 
• Oversee team who negotiates pricing for new services and serve as escalation point in the negotiation process. 
• Identify opportunities for leveraging and optimizing contracts that result in cost savings.
• Initiate and hold people accountable for capitalizing on contract optimization opportunities.
•  Conduct annual review, analysis, and refinement of legal and non-legal vendor panels to optimize utilization, performance and expense.
•  Develop standardized metric reporting enables monitoring performance against goals.

Job Requirements:

• BSc degree holder need to apply.
• Three years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•  Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.
