Urgently looking for experienced Store Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Holding regularly scheduled meetings with team and suppliers to improve service and sales.
• Auditing and investigating on cash shortages and inventory variations.
• Attending regularly scheduled Safety and Department Head meetings.
•  Responsible for personnel issues, scheduling, hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure the store is opened and closed promptly.
•  Directly supervises, trains, develops, and retains key holders and associates.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Minimum One year experience in the field.
•  Good Organizational Skills.
