Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain files as applicable; and utilize office software programs to enter data, complete forms, and correct errors and omissions in HR documents,   files, and records, as needed.
  •  Coordinating travel for the HR team members and applicants. Research, coordinate and confirm cost-effective travel arrangements and reconciling   travel expense reports.
  •  Handling day to day office administration & operations.
  •  Maintenance of Records/Database for Company Database.
  •  Manage Tuition Reimbursement program and assist with Scholarship Applications.
  •  Create, edit and distribute weekly employee and company newsletter.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
