Job Description :

We are looking for an Receptionist in Oman.

Job Details:

  •  Update Team Calendar with Department meetings and bid due dates.
  •  Handle and distribute all office mail in and out, interoffice mail, and UPS shipments.
  •  Update and maintaining Job Log book and file folders.
  •  Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages.
  •  Handle incoming tax exempt certificates from vendors.
  •  Greet and log in all visitors.

Job Requirements:

  •  Positive attitude, self-starter, collaborative.
  •  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  •  Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  •  Excellent proofreading skills.
