Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Implement best in class end-to-end vendor management processes.
•  Recruit, staff, and develop a high-performing and motivated strategic procurement team responsible for interfacing with   business and supplier partners.
•  Design a Procurement organization that has the structure, process, technology, talent practices, metrics, and incentive structures   needed to deliver the plan and build for the future.
•  Ensure that the appropriate infrastructure is in place to support business unit procurement and sourcing needs.
•  Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships to support business needs.
•  Create and implement successful return on investment formulas.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•  Good Organizatioanl Skills.
• Five years experience in the field.
