Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Nurse in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Uses assessment techniques and criteria that are pertinent to the patient’s age-specific physical, psychological, and social needs.
•  Identifies nursing diagnoses/potential complications based on signs and symptoms recognized during a focused, systematic    assessment.
•  Documents nursing diagnoses/potential complications on each patient. 
•  Communicates plan of care to other health care providers to ensure continuity of care.
•  Identifies priorities for nursing interventions.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Nursing Degree.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
•  Problem solving skills skills.
•  Excellent teamwork skills.
