Required Contracts Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced Contracts Manager in Qatar.

Job Detail:

•  Analyze disputes with client and subcontractors and assist regions in protecting companys interests as well as claims   computation & substantiation etc.
• Co-ordination with regional offices and lawyers in contractual issues, disputes and differences, arbitration and litigation.
•  Preparation of Contracts appreciation documents.
•  Pretender review of contract conditions.
•  Formalization of documentation and/or agreement with clients and subcontractors.
•  Coordinate with regions for effective contract administration and implementation of risk management process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Analytical Skills.
•  Excellent self-correspondence & perfect English spoken and written.
• With more than 10 years experience in the field.
