Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the client or the organization.
•  To conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal   information.
•  Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
•  Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
•  Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
•  Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.

Job Requirements:

•  MA or BSc in Business Administration.
•  Outstanding communication skills.
• Minimum One year experience in same field.
•  Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
