Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Respond to customer support requests via email and phone
  •  Answer customer questions and help customers make the best use of Rybbon’s capabilities.
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating the problem and offering thoughtful solutions.
  • Escalate technical problems or product issues to the product team

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same role.
  •  Excellent English writing skills – writing samples required   
  • Bachelor's degree holder. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
