We are Looking for an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Review resumes from recruiters for quality and approve only the best ones for submission while maintaining clients expected   standards.
• Allocate requirements to recruiters based on priority, urgency and niche skills to help fill roles 
• Conduct performance evaluation of recruiters who have achieved their targets to offer them an appraisal or even a promotion.
• Continually innovate to improvise and optimize existing systems and processes.
• Coordinate and manage all stakeholders of the ecosystem, trainer, students, content and technology.
• Help us in managing immigration and admissions counseling for students going abroad. 

Job Requirements:

•  Master’s Degree Holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong Customer service Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
