- Hiring Hr Officer In Qatar
Job Description :
We are urgently looking for a HR Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Collecting employment information.
- Administer all benefits including new hire and termination paperwork, liaising with benefit providers, answer employee questions, and coordinate open enrollment.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and company records.
- Ensure authorized approvals and paperwork on: leave of absence, departmental/property transfers, sick leaves, bereavement time, employee benefits.
- Processing payroll and must have knowledge in WPS, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skill in Arabic.
- Must have a good experience with QATAR labour Law.
- Proven experience as HR office.
- MBA holder.
